What We Do

No Reservations Needed

Annual food drive/Thanksgiving dinner for the Atlanta Mission homeless shelter in Atlanta. The dinner is going into it’s 7th year and has garnered support from lots of people in the city including Mayor Kasim Reed, V-103, actress Keshia Knight Pulliam, rapper Jeezy, producer/recording artist Teddy Riley, local area Wal-Mart stores, and many more.

"The 'No Reservations Needed' Thanksgiving dinner aligns with all we do at the Atlanta Mission.  No one should need a reservation for Hope!  This event is a highlight of the year with great food, but most importantly it’s the love and care of all who serve as we celebrate together.  I am so thankful for Shanti, with all her teams!"

May We Rest in Peace Initiative

A fund to help those in underserved communities that cannot afford to bury their loved ones. In 2009, founder Shanti Das raised funds to bury 30 people in the city of Detroit and in 2010 helped to bury a few people in Georgia. We now have a burial assistance program in partnership with a funeral home in Atlanta, Georgia.
